This program is specifically tailored for currently enrolled Ph.D. students and active postdoctoral trainees across all University of Texas System Health Institutions.   • LinkedIn Profile Workshop: A foundational session focused on crafting a compelling professional online presence.
  • Networking Preparation Session: Choose one of two sessions designed to equip you with effective networking strategies.
  • Virtual Career Exploration Networking Events: Attend two out of three events to connect with professionals and explore diverse career paths.

Guides: Sharing Expertise and Inspiring Futures

Guides are experienced professionals holding a Ph.D. and possessing a minimum of six months of professional experience post-degree. Whether you are an alumnus or a friend of the UT System, your insights are invaluable. Guides play a crucial role in mentoring the next generation of scientific leaders by sharing career journeys and offering practical advice. Guide participation includes:

  • Optional Guide Peer Networking Connection Event: An opportunity to connect with fellow Guides and refine mentoring approaches.
  • Virtual Career Exploration Networking Event: Participate in one or more events to engage with Seekers and contribute to their career exploration journeys.
