- Personal Use Only: The Unlimited Wash Plan is exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.
- Offer Exclusions: This plan cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
- Non-Transferable Memberships: Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used for the vehicle registered under the membership.
- Service Availability: Car washing services are available during normal business hours and are subject to temporary closures due to weather conditions, major holidays, or equipment maintenance.
- Windshield Sticker Policy: Only authorized Appearance Plus Car Wash employees are permitted to apply windshield tags.
- Tampering Policy: Any tampering with the Unlimited Pass sticker will result in immediate cancellation of the wash plan without refund.
- Automatic Billing: Unlimited memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis, aligned with the customer’s original sign-up date.
- Cancellation Notice: Appearance Plus Car Wash requires a five-day notice prior to the next billing cycle for membership cancellation requests. Please note that we do not offer refunds for mid-month cancellations.
- Program Modification/Cancellation: Appearance Plus Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and specific memberships at our discretion, at any time.
