The majority of Zoe products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. You can return items for a complete refund or store credit equivalent to the purchase price. It’s essential that returned items are in brand new condition, meaning they are unused, free from scratches, without any scuff marks on the wheels, and include all original tags and packaging.
Understanding Refunds: What to Expect
While Zoe provides complimentary return shipping, please note that the initial shipping fees for Ground, Express, or Overnight services are non-refundable.
As long as the returned items are in pristine, resalable condition, you will receive a full refund for the product purchase price.
In the event that a returned item shows signs of use beyond indoor testing, such as being used outdoors, a restocking fee, up to 50%, may be applied. Examples of situations that may incur restocking fees include: $25 for wheels showing outdoor use, $20 for returns missing original packaging, and $25 if cleaning is required due to pet hair or sticky residues. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy standards, even with a restocking fee, our Customer Experience team will contact you. We will offer the option to have the item shipped back to you or to receive partial store credit. We aim to identify these situations early in the return approval process to ensure transparency.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit. For gifts returned, the refund will be issued solely as store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
