Adults Age 19-64
Adults between 19 and 64 years old may be eligible for NJ FamilyCare with incomes up to 138% of the FPL. This income limit is about $1,800 per month for a single person and $2,433 per month for a couple. For most immigrant adults, Legal Permanent Resident status for at least five years is generally required to qualify. However, certain lawfully present immigrants, such as refugees and asylees, may be eligible regardless of their entry date. Younger immigrants aged 19 and 20 who are lawfully present and have very low incomes (e.g., $509/month for a single person) may also qualify.
Pregnant Individuals
