You can reserve your place in line online every 20 minutes, starting one hour after we open and up to two hours before closing. This unique system allows you and your family to wait comfortably at home, or wherever is most convenient for you, until your estimated visit time. We also offer a call-back system to keep you informed about wait times, availability, and any newly opened arrival or visit slots. Please remember that these arrival and visit times are estimates, but our goal is always to get you seen as promptly as possible.
