Clearance Wagon Cars Return Policy

Wagon cars purchased from our Clearance section are subject to a slightly different return window. For clearance wagon car items, returns are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date. It’s important to note that only items specifically listed within our Closeouts category on BabyTrend.com are considered clearance items and fall under this policy.

To initiate a return for a clearance wagon car, you must first obtain a Returns Authorization number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without a valid RA#. To request an RA#, please contact us at [email protected], providing your name, order number, and the date of your purchase.

All returned clearance wagon cars must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your return. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all clearance wagon car returns, deducted from your final refund. Refunds will be issued for the merchandise value and applicable tax, minus the restocking fee, upon receipt and inspection of the returned wagon car. Similar to clearance items, we do not accept returns of wagon cars purchased through any third-party retailers or partners. This policy applies only to purchases made directly from our website.

Just like with clearance items, a Returns Authorization number (RA#) is mandatory for all regular priced wagon car returns. Returns sent without an RA# will not be processed. Request your RA# by emailing [email protected] with your name, order number, and purchase date.

Returned wagon cars must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Using a trackable and insured shipping method is highly recommended to ensure your return arrives safely. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned regular priced wagon cars. Upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned wagon car, we will issue a refund for the merchandise value and tax, less the restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
