Dr. Scott Baylard, O.D.
Dr. Scott A. Baylard is a Georgia native since 1985 and a highly respected optometrist. He holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in biology, concentrating in neurophysiology and minoring in chemistry, from Georgia State University (1998). Dr. Baylard furthered his education by earning his Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 2002. His strong academic background and commitment to excellence ensure that his patients receive the highest quality eye care.
Dr. Baylard is an active member of both the American Optometric Association and the Georgia Optometric Association, staying at the forefront of advancements in eye care. Outside of his professional life, he cherishes time with his wife Nan and their two sons, Beau and Jack, in Cumming, GA. He also enjoys playing the guitar and tennis, showcasing a well-rounded personality and dedication to family and community.
Dr. Krishan Bhima, O.D.
Dr. Krishan R. Bhima, originally from Alpharetta, Georgia, is dedicated to providing compassionate and professional eye care. He graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree before achieving his Doctorate of Optometry with honors from The University of Alabama at Birmingham, School of Optometry. Dr. Bhima’s local roots and extensive education make him a trusted eye care provider within the metro Atlanta area.
Dr. Bhima maintains active memberships in the American Optometric Association and the Georgia Optometric Association, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and patient care. He has been serving the metro Atlanta community since 2010, offering comprehensive eye exams and vision care services. In his leisure time, Dr. Bhima enjoys golf and traveling. He resides in John’s Creek, GA, with his wife, Poonam, and their two young daughters. Fluent in both English and Gujarati, Dr. Bhima effectively communicates with a diverse patient base, ensuring everyone receives personalized eye care.
Dr. Zaid Aljabi, O.D.
Dr. Zaid Aljabi, a Board Certified optometrist originally from Birmingham, AL, brings a strong commitment to community service and expertise in ocular disease to Complete Family Eyecare. He earned his Bachelor of Arts & Sciences Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his Doctor of Optometry Degree from the same institution in 2020. Dr. Aljabi’s dedication to serving others is evident in his participation in international trips with Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (SVOSH), where he provided eye care to underserved communities in Panama and Belize.
During his studies, Dr. Aljabi received numerous accolades, including a Student Fellowship Award from the American Academy of Optometry (AAO) and the Ocular Instruments Award for Excellence with Lenses. He is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Georgia Optometric Association (GOA). Dr. Aljabi completed an intensive ocular disease residency at Omni Eye Services of Atlanta, gaining valuable experience in managing various cornea and retina conditions, as well as pre- and post-operative care for glaucoma and cataract surgeries. His specialized training and passion for patient care make him a valuable asset to Complete Family Eyecare and the Georgia community.

Chris Jones, ABO, NCLE – Optical Manager
Chris Jones, ABO, NCLE, is the experienced manager at Complete Family Eyecare & Optique, bringing over 30 years of optical expertise to the practice. Originally from Simi Valley, California, Chris began managing an optometric office at just 18 years old. Her long-standing commitment to continuing education and patient satisfaction ensures that Complete Family Eyecare & Optique provides eyewear of the highest quality. Chris’s dedication to her craft is reflected in her ABO and NCLE certifications, signifying her expertise in opticianry.
Living in Cumming, GA since 2009, Chris is deeply rooted in the community. She has four children, three of whom have followed her into the optical field, making eye care a true family affair. Chris enjoys spending time with her family and walking to work, embracing a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Her leadership and extensive knowledge are invaluable in ensuring that every patient receives personalized and exceptional service at Complete Family Eyecare & Optique for all their family eye care needs.
